Mitch Gould, CEOMitch Gould is a third-generation retail distribution and manufacturing professional. He has more than 25 years of experience in the retail industry, with expertise spanning several categories of consumer products, including: lawn and garden, hardware, sports nutrition, dietary supplements, skincare, nutraceutical, cosmeceutical, and beverages.
Over the years, Mitch has represented organizations such as: Igloo, Rubbermaid, Sunbeam, Remington, Chapin, Paramount, Miracle-Gro, Native Remedies, Flora Health, Steven Seagal’s Lightning Bolt, Body Basix, and Hulk Hogan’s extreme energy granules.
Mitch has successfully launched a wide range of products from concept to shelf, many of which can be found in magazines like Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, People, US, U.S. News & World Report, Men's Health and Maxim. He has successfully built several national sales teams over the span of his career.
Mitch has placed new entrepreneurs, major companies, and celebrity-branded products—such as Steven Seagal's Lightning Bolt, Hulk Hogan's "Hogan Energy" supplement and Chuck Liddell's Iceman RX—into some of the most sought-after markets and accounts in the country, such as: Walmart USA, Walmart International, Sam’s Club, Costco, GNC, Tree of Life, Albertson's, Amazon.com, Walgreens, CVS, 7-Eleven, Target, USA Sports, Vitamin World, Home Depot, Lowes and Menards
Mitch has partnered with eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman to develop RonnieColemanNutrition.com, Hulk Hogan for HoganNutrition.com, Roberto Clemente Jr. for PowerIce.com and most recently TapouT Nutrition.
Brian Phillip Gould, Vice President of Retail OperationsBrian Gould is fourth generation manufacturing and retail distribution. Brian has represented many major companies such as: Cal Plastics, Dynamic Designs, and Diamond. He has an in-depth understanding of the objectives, goals and challenges that today's manufacturers face.
Brian is highly familiar with the Dietary Health Supplement, Functional Food, Skin Care and Nutritional Beverage Industries. He played an instrumental role in developing the sports nutrition category at Amazon.com, and has launched several consumer product lines from concept to shelf.
For over a decade Brian has cultivated intimate working relationships with key accounts in the nutraceutical and cosmeceutical channels. These accounts include: USA Sports, Wal-Mart, Vitamin World, 7-Eleven, and Amazon.com. He also has key contacts at Vitamin World, Walgreens, Ahold, GNC, Costco Wholesale, Katz Group, Bartell Drug, and Cardinal Health to name a few.
Scott Gould, Vice President Of Business DevelopmentAs Vice President of Business Development, Scott Gould is responsible for implementing both unique and proven marketing strategies to grow NPI clients’ brands. A fourth-generation retail professional, Scott brings a combination of technical and creative expertise to his work.
He has directed a number of creative social media campaigns, involving the development of unique promotions and contests and building consumer trust and brand recognition. He has also implemented a number of innovative ecommerce solutions, including the integration of real-time warehouse inventory with merchant systems.
Successfully managing multiple advertising campaigns with budgets exceeding 6 figures, Scott has earned real ROI and increased market presence for NPI's clients. His market savvy is a result of closely following current trends, which allows him to formulate exactly the right messages for the right audience at precisely the right time.
The combination of skills Scott brings to NPI allows him to work interdepartmentally, coordinating the efforts of the firm’s sales, marketing and Internet technology teams. This requires a great deal of creative thinking and technological expertise, and Scott prides himself on his ability to come up with innovative solutions to all types of challenges.
Scott has proven time and again that he is capable of blending NPI’s established model for success, which has made the firm one of the most successful sales and marketing agencies in the United States, with the type of creative and technological innovation that allows NPI to stay on the cutting edge of its industry.
Mike Myrthil, Director Of Global ProcurementMichael brings over 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the NPI team. He has an in depth knowledge of the Dietary Health Supplement, Functional Food, and Nutritional Beverage Industries from his time working with NPI and In Health Media.
Mike manages our global logistics and customs operations, ensuring safe and rapid transport of international cargo into the United States. The benefits of Mike’s experience and knowledge of the challenges presented by import/export operations is passed on to our clients through his impeccable service. Mike works closely with our clients operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
Rosemarie Sunderland, FDA / ComplianceRosemarie Sunderland helps foreign entrepreneurs sleep soundly at night because they know their product labels will be accepted in the U.S. market. Not successfully identifying a product according to U.S regulations can significantly delay the distribution of a brand.
Rosemarie is a Food Scientist and labeling expert with more than 10 years of experience. She is an authority on FDA, USDA, and other government regulations for nutritional products and supplements.
Our clients know that Rosemarie will be able to convert a brand’s original labels into the proper versions for U.S. distribution. In her, they also have an ally who can make suggestions for any required formula adjustments.
Rudy Velez, Executive VPRudy Velez brings to Nutritional Products International, 20 years of Sports Nutrition and Food, Drug and Mass Retail Industry knowledge coupled with creative ideas for product development, operational and logistics planning, and a solid history of sales success. Proven ability to develop sales potential with current and future customers. Strong analytic and planning skills, combined with the ability to coordinate the efforts of many to meet and exceed organizational goals. Knowledge of FDA regulatory and cGMP compliance requirements and ability to develop and deploy full operational enterprise systems.
During his 8-year tenure at High Performance Fitness, as the Director of Operations, Sales and Systems, Rudy worked closely with FDM partners like Walgreens, Krogers, CVS, Publix, and HEB with branded and private label dietary supplements. He also managed Specialty Distributors and Retailers like Vitamin World, Vitamin Shoppe, GNC, Europa Sports Products, MuscleFoods USA and others.

Wanderson Pereria, Global Logistics ManagerWanderson Pereria is a global logistics manager with more than 18 years of international freight management experience.
Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, French and English, Pereria began his career working for ConfiancaMudancas E Transportes LTDA, where he developed the company’s Northeast Brazil branch into a successful $7 million operation. He would later go on to start his own transport company, RA Cargo Transport Inc., which focused on shipping between the United States and Brazil. By the time he sold the business to acompetitor in 2001, RA Cargo Transport was generating about $3.8 million insales annually and handling more than 45 shipments per week.
Pereria then joined Central Agency of Florida in 2001, where he was charged with streamlining the logistics and documentation department. Only a year later, he was promoted to Project Cargo Manager, where he personally oversaw four project accounts and increased revenue by more than 15 percent. In 2006, he was promoted to General Manager and put in charge of restructuring the company’s Buenos Aires division.
Pereria also worked with Universe Freight Brokers from 2006-2009. As Brokerage Department Manager, he dealt directly with U.S. Customs. He handled the logistical aspects of international freight importing and exporting. Pereria later became the Operations Manager for ARI Shipping Corp, where he was responsible for managing all transactions through the U.S. Customs Brokerage Department.
Now with NPI, Pereria delivers years of logistics and freight experience to the firm’s clients. He handles the global logistical component of bringing products to new marketsworldwide.
